Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Ma3rodi at none against السوق المفتوح's 14. Ma3rodi also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and update cadence (every 3 days vs fortnightly). السوق المفتوح's advantage is ratings volume (117K vs 5) and chart position (#160 vs unranked). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
