Smell training that finally shows you it's working — and tracks parosmia, not just intensity. Scentry is a private, on-device coach for recovering your sense of smell after COVID or other smell loss. It guides the twice-daily olfactory training protocol, logs parosmia distortions and trigger foods, charts your recovery over weeks, and exports a one-page summary for your next ENT visit — all without an account, and without sending anything to the cloud. ▸ GUIDED SMELL TRAINING, DONE RIGHT The guideline first-line routine — four scents, morning and evening. • Guided twice-daily sessions with the classic four scents (rose, lemon, clove, eucalyptus) • A per-scent timer that keeps running when you lock your phone or switch apps • Rate intensity and clarity after every scent • Gentle reminders that never shame a missed day ▸ TRACK PAROSMIA, NOT JUST INTENSITY The part other apps skip — when coffee smells like smoke, log it. • Record what you expected vs. what you actually perceived • Rate how pleasant or unpleasant it was on a simple slider • Flag which foods are safe and which are triggers • Browse past distortions grouped by trigger ▸ SEE IF IT'S WORKING Visible progress is what keeps you going. • Recovery trend charts for intensity and clarity over weeks and months • A parosmia pleasantness trajectory for your top triggers • An adherence view of sessions completed vs. expected ▸ SOMETHING TO BRING TO YOUR DOCTOR • Export a one-page, ENT-ready PDF summary of your recovery • Export your full history as CSV • A structured self-tracking aid for the conversation — clearly self-reported ▸ PRIVATE BY DESIGN • 100% on-device — your data never leaves your iPhone • No account, no sign-up, no network, no tracking, no ads ▸ FREE & PREMIUM FREE: Unlimited guided training, reminders, intensity & clarity ratings, your recovery snapshot, and your first 7 distortion entries.
