About

SomaTrace

Features

SomaTrace is a client record tool designed for massage therapists, bodyworkers, manual therapists, and hands-on practitioners. Bodywork does not only happen during a single session. It also happens through each observation, each adjustment, each review, and each continuation into the next session. SomaTrace helps you keep those details well organized. You can use body diagrams to record static observations, dynamic tests to organize movement-related clues, and review notes to document what you actually did during the session, how the body responded, and where you may want to continue next time. SomaTrace is not designed to replace your professional judgment. It is designed to help you organize your observations, reasoning, and care process more clearly. Main Features: ・Client Records Create basic profiles and session records for each client, so every session can continue from the same line of care. ・Body Diagram Observations Use front, back, and side-view body diagrams to record posture, tension, left-right differences, and body observations. ・Dynamic Observations Record movement tests such as gait, standing rotation, single-leg standing, squats, and spinal movement to help organize the body clues you observe in each session. ・Review Notes After each session, quickly record what you did, why you chose that approach, how the body responded, and what you may want to follow up on next time. ・AI Organization Helps organize your recorded notes into review summaries, client feedback drafts, and pre-session reminders for the next visit. AI-generated content is only intended as a note organization aid and should always be reviewed and judged by the user. ・Available Booking Times Organize your available time slots so clients can check your availability more easily, reducing the need for repeated back-and-forth scheduling. SomaTrace is suitable for: ・Massage therapists ・Bodyworkers ・Sports massage practitioners ・Manual care practitioners ・Independent practitioners who need to organize client records ・Anyone who wants each session to be properly reviewed and continued SomaTrace is a tool for recording, organizing, and reviewing session information. It does not provide medical diagnosis, medical advice, treatment decisions, or guarantees of therapeutic results. All records and AI-generated content should be interpreted and used by the user according to their own professional background.
