Juicy grilled skewers — on the first try, no more guesswork. Shashlyk Assistant walks you through the whole cook: coals check → quick sear → main cook → finishing → resting → “Done!”. The app tells you exactly when to flip the skewers and when to take the meat off — you just follow the cues at the grill. HOW IT WORKS 1. Pick your meat and parameters (type, cut, chunk size, skewers). 2. Describe the heat (coal type, stage, height above coals, grill size). 3. Start cooking and follow the cues — the timer keeps the flip rhythm for you. WHAT’S INSIDE • Cook time and flip rhythm calculated from 10+ meat and heat parameters • A coals-readiness check before you start — a top reason skewers get ruined • Cues at the grill: sound, vibration and a screen that won’t sleep — readable in bright sun • “Time to flip!” reminders arrive even with the phone in your pocket or the screen locked • A meat-resting phase so the juices settle and the meat stays tender • Smart warnings: open flame, too low over the coals, uneven chunks and more • Works offline — no internet needed at the grill • No sign-up, no ads, free • Three languages: English, Russian, Polish WHO IT’S FOR For people who grill a few times a season and want a reliable result without years of practice. Peace of mind for whoever runs the grill, great food for the guests. Shashlyk Assistant is a helper, not a probe in the meat: it plans the cook from your answers and guides you step by step. Always check the final doneness yourself — we just help you not miss.
