The staff app for TicketEgypt organisers. TicketEgypt Backoffice is the tool your team uses at the door: scan tickets, sell at the box office, and watch the night unfold - all from a phone. SIGN IN, PICK THE EVENT Sign in with the organiser account your admin issued. Choose the event you are working tonight; the app remembers it until you switch. SCAN AT THE GATE Point the camera at a ticket QR and it auto-detects - no button to press. Check attendees in, or check them out where the event allows it. Every scan is recorded against the gate you selected, so you can see which door admitted whom. BOX OFFICE AT THE DOOR Sell tickets on the night and take cash or a card terminal. Sales are recorded on the device and reconciled with the platform, and the day's takings are totalled for you. WORKS WHEN THE SIGNAL DOESN'T Download the event manifest before doors and the app keeps scanning and selling without a connection. Everything syncs when you are back online, and conflicts are flagged for a human rather than silently discarded. SEE THE NIGHT AS IT HAPPENS Attendance rate, revenue, scan count and staff on shift, live, with an hourly attendance curve and drill-downs when you need the detail. This app requires a TicketEgypt organiser account. There is no in-app sign-up; accounts are issued by your organisation's administrator.
