Forgetting things more often, and wondering whether that's normal? With Remind you test your memory and discover where you stand. You also learn what you can do yourself to keep your brain healthy, based on your own lifestyle. Your first measurement is a starting point. One score says little. A series says a lot: by measuring again regularly, you see what stays stable and what changes. From your measurements we work out your Remind brain age, which shows how your brain is doing compared with the average for your age. Sharpness: what you do for your brain today Your brain age shows how your brain is doing over the long term. Sharpness shows what you're doing for it today: one daily score for your lifestyle, from movement to sleep. You can see straight away whether today is going better or worse than a usual day, and what you can still do. What Remind measures Remind combines measurements you do yourself with one that runs quietly in the background. Together they give a broader picture than a single test can. Two of these measurements are only available to consumers through Remind. - Memory: how your brain learns, stores and recalls new information, with your own pace of learning and forgetting as the result. Developed by researchers at the University of Groningen and the University of Washington - Everyday skills: a questionnaire from Amsterdam UMC about planning, money matters and using devices - Lifestyle: the LIBRA questionnaire from Maastricht University shows what strengthens your brain and what you can improve yourself - Speech: from 50 seconds of talking, we analyse pace, pauses and intonation, features that say something about attention, memory and mood - Typing rhythm: a smart keyboard measures your pace and rhythm while you type as usual. We never see what you type Brain training Twelve exercises for memory, attention and reaction speed. A few minutes a day. Personal coach Rรฉmi, the digital coach in the app, helps you set goals based on your own results and helps you keep them up. Subscription (optional) Remind is free to download. A subscription is available for repeat measurements and insight into your trends. Important Remind is meant for insight and awareness. It is not a medical device and does not give a diagnosis.
