The clearest difference is review sentiment: DramaS at 67% against FomoShort's 7%. DramaS also leads on rating (4.9 vs 2.8) and ratings volume (745 vs 6). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DramaS sells 16 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per 7 days and FomoShort sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
DramaS holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 2.8.
