Stop throwing away food you forgot about. InvenDo keeps track of what you have at home, where it is stored and when it expires, then reminds you in time. Scan a barcode or type a name, put the item in a storage place (fridge, freezer, pantry, garage, bathroom cabinet), and you always know what is in the house without going to look. STOP THROWING FOOD AWAY - Give an item an expiry date and it is flagged as Expires soon, then Already expired, so nothing rots at the back of the fridge - A reminder arrives at the time of day you choose, covering what is expiring, what has expired, and what is running low - Opened a jar or a pack? Mark it opened and InvenDo sets a Consume by date from the shelf life you enter once, then remembers it for next time NEVER RUN OUT OF WHAT YOU ALWAYS NEED - Coffee, diapers, cat food: set a Minimum quantity and InvenDo tells you before the last one is gone - Everything below its minimum sits on one screen, ready to go onto the shopping list - Set the minimum for a whole category, not just item by item BUY ONLY WHAT IS MISSING - A shopping list built from what your pantry actually lacks, instead of from memory - Group it by store, so one trip covers one shop - Check things off in the aisle, then move what you bought straight into your inventory - Send the list to whoever is going out, as plain text ADD THINGS IN SECONDS - Scan a barcode to add an item, scan again to take one away - A scanned barcode can fill in the product name and photo for you (available in many countries, not all) - Start typing and InvenDo suggests things you have had before FIND ANYTHING WITHOUT SEARCHING THE HOUSE - Storage places inside storage places: the freezer, then the top drawer - Categories with colors, and subcategories when you need them - Photos of your items and your storage places, and an icon for each place - Unit sizes that add up for you: 1 pack = 6 pcs, or 1 pack = 250 g, with the total on hand - Search your whole inventory by name or by voice KEEP THE WHOLE HOUSEHOLD IN SYNC - Invite your partner, children or roommates by email, and everyone sees the same list as it changes - Keep several lists (home, parents' house, a hobby collection) and choose who sees which - People you invite get the paid features on your shared list at no extra cost - Works offline and syncs when you are back online, across iPhone and iPad - Subscribers can also open their inventory in a browser at web.invendo.app - Export to Excel whenever you like, or import a spreadsheet you already keep WHO IT IS FOR Anyone who wants a pantry inventory that is actually up to date. Food in the fridge, freezer and pantry. Medicines and their shelf life. Cosmetics. Clothes you forget you own. Tools in the garage. Hobby collections. Wine, spices, camping gear, baby supplies. It is built for a household rather than a business, and it is simple enough that the rest of the family will actually use it. NO ADS, AND A GENEROUS FREE VERSION The inventory, storage places, categories, the shopping list, barcode scanning, expiry and low-quantity reminders, Excel export, sharing the list and sync across your devices are all free, and there are no ads anywhere in the app. Premium adds photos, storage icons, Excel import, deeper subcategories, extra lists, inviting other people, filling the shopping list from low-quantity items in one tap, and the web app. Take it monthly, yearly, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase: pay once and use it forever, with no subscription at all. We all save things online: a video to watch later, an article to finish, a post from Instagram or X we want to find again. Then it disappears into the feed and it's gone. Linkatory is built for that moment. Save any link in one tap from any app, and find it again when you actually need it. Everything stays organized on your device, your way. 1. Save from any app in one tap Linkatory plugs into iOS's native share sheet, so you can save a link from Safari, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Reddit, or almost any app without leaving it. It fetches the title, description, and thumbnail on its own. For platforms it recognizes, like the ones above, it also pulls the author and engagement numbers. 2. No account, no subscription Open the app and start saving right away. There's nothing to sign up for. Your library lives in a database on your device, and nothing you save is ever uploaded to a server or tracked. 3. Organize with Collections Group related links into Collections, each with its own color and icon, or leave them unsorted in My Links. Long-press a link to pin, edit, or delete it. You can add a note or tags to anything you save. 4. Search that actually finds things One search bar covers titles, descriptions, notes, tags, and the source site all at once. If you remember any part of a link, you'll probably find it. 5. Read offline You can choose to preserve a page's text, images, or video for reading with no connection at all. Even links you haven't preserved that way still show their saved titles and previews offline, since that part of your library is already on the device. 6. Import, export, and keep your data Moving from another bookmarking app or your browser? Import your existing bookmarks from an HTML, JSON, or CSV file. You can export your whole library as JSON whenever you want, so it's yours to back up or move somewhere else. Linkatory is for anyone with bookmarks scattered across two browsers and three apps, or anyone tired of paying a monthly fee to save links. Import what you already have, keep saving what you find, and it stays in one place you can actually search. Linkatory is free, with no account required. Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Linkatory at none against InvenDo's 3. Linkatory also leads on ads (none vs shown). InvenDo's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price there is nothing between them.
