Turn any PDF floor plan into a live takeoff. Tap to count symbols, drag to measure runs and areas, and mark up the set β mTally keeps the tally and the legend in sync as you work. Built for the part of the job that usually happens in a spreadsheet next to a printed plan. COUNT Place a stamp on every device, outlet, or fixture and mTally counts it for you. Totals update live, broken out by symbol, so you always know where the number came from. MEASURE Set your scale once, then measure linear runs and areas directly on the drawing. Conduit, wire, wall length, square footage β read off the plan instead of estimated off it. MARK UP Clouds, callouts, text, and freehand annotation, on top of the original PDF. Nothing is flattened until you export, so revisions stay editable. LEGEND The legend builds itself from what you've placed β no maintaining a key by hand, no legend that drifts out of sync with the drawing. EXPORT Send out a marked-up PDF the whole crew can read, with counts and legend included. Your projects sync through iCloud, so the plan you marked up at the office is on the machine at home. β mTally requires a subscription.
