The clearest difference is monetization model: IIHF 2026 at free against The Open's free with in-app purchases. IIHF 2026 also leads on iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.5). The Open's advantage is review sentiment (28% vs 17%) and ratings volume (4.9K vs 1.3K). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.
