Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: ChiBrations at 5.0 against Eclipse's 4.3. ChiBrations also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 76%) and device support (3 vs 1). Eclipse's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 5 weeks) and ratings volume (27 vs 5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
