Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: MojZagreb at 4.0 against eGate Digi's 1.6. eGate Digi's advantage is ratings volume (20 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.1 vs 15.0). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
MojZagreb holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 1.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: eGate Digi has 20 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of MojZagreb's written reviews are positive against 7% of eGate Digi's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
