Doodle Drift

Drift the pencil. Draw the beat. Doodle Drift turns each 30-second rhythm race into a line you draw by steering. Read the lane ahead as paper gliders, erasers, ink spirits, binder clips, and crumpled comets rush toward you across a vast drawn landscape. Follow the pulses, pick your opening, and make the drift yours. THREAD THE CLOSE CALLS Incoming doodles create a new decision on every route: read the blocked lane, drift into the opening, or skim past for a near miss. Clean beats build Flow. Keep the run alive to reach Flow Fever, where the page, music, and feedback flare together. Each encounter has its own hand-drawn character, backed by responsive sound and haptics. CHARGE YOUR INK Bank eight clean pickups, then spend them on one beat. Ink Surge turns the next eight beats into a risk and a reward: every clean pickup and close shave adds to a bonus you only keep if you finish the phrase without a miss. Your pencil becomes a bright marker, and the surge stays visible in the line you file. Spend it early for a safe payout, or hold it for a harder phrase worth more. FILE A LINE THAT IS YOURS Finish a run to see your actual trace filed on the page—not a perfect drawing substituted for your mistakes. Line and Beat combine into your Groove grade, with B, A, and S targets to chase. Replay against your saved best line and refine the next run across six authored routes with progressive hazards. CHOOSE YOUR JOURNEY Race one design at a time in Journey, take on a five-page Expedition with one life per page, or see how many pages you can file in Endless Drift. Adventure progress and best page counts are saved between sessions. EARN STARLIGHT. EQUIP A CHARM. Journey Stars build Starlight and unlock three play-style charms. Paper Wings keeps pickup rings open longer. Moon Thread builds Flow faster. Comet Ink rewards stylish close shaves. Choose a charm at Adventure checkpoints and shape the run around how you play. PLAY YOUR WAY Tilt your iPhone or use Hold Sides to steer without motion permission. Learn a route in Practice before taking on a one-life race. Mute sound while haptics stay on, and use reduced motion for a calmer presentation. START WITH THE FREE BLUEPRINT CUP Lightning, Shooting Star, and Rocket are free to play. Journey, Expedition, Endless Drift, Journey Stars, Starlight, and charms are part of the game—no subscription, paid lives, or paid revives. OPEN NIGHT NOTES ONCE The optional Full Sketchbook purchase unlocks Comet, Cassette, and Moon Cat: three after-dark routes with midnight-paper effects. It is a one-time, non-consumable purchase, not a subscription. Restore Purchases is available for an existing purchase. No paid lives. No paid revives. Just another page and another chance to draw the beat.

Verdict

Doodle Drift's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 days vs every 3 weeks). On price and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
