Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: مجتهد للقدرات at free with in-app purchases against عتاد's subscription. مجتهد للقدرات also leads on rating (4.5 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (189 vs 6). عتاد's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 82%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. مجتهد للقدرات sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days and عتاد sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
مجتهد للقدرات holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: مجتهد للقدرات has 189 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 82% of مجتهد للقدرات's written reviews are positive against 100% of عتاد's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 26, 2026 respectively.
