OOK helps you manage app access and daily usage with Apple's Screen Time frameworks. SCREEN TIME CONTROLS • Create groups and choose apps with Apple's Family Activity Picker. • Use App Blocking to prevent selected apps from launching. • Use Shield Only to keep selected apps visible while showing the system restriction screen when they are opened. • Apply a restriction immediately or after a daily usage limit is reached. • Restore restrictions automatically at midnight, or turn them off at any time. • Optionally prevent app installation or removal from NOOK's Settings screen. LOCAL PRIVACY NOOK does not require an account. App selections are represented by opaque Screen Time tokens and stored locally so the Device Activity extension can apply your schedule. NOOK does not identify your selected apps or upload Screen Time selections or activity to a server. FREE AND PRO All Screen Time management features are available for free. The optional lifetime Pro purchase unlocks local privacy and customization tools: password and Face ID protection for NOOK, a separate decoy password that opens a focus timer, and alternate app icons. No Screen Time control is paywalled. SYSTEM NOTES • Screen Time authorization is required. • Apple's Screen Time controls support up to 50 selected apps at once. Contact: nookapp.info@gmail.com
