Used to train. Fell off. Ready to start again? LetsBurnFit is progressive strength training, 3 days a week by default. It asks what hurts and plans around it, and it suggests every weight. WHAT YOU GET • An 8-week program that adapts to you Built from your goal, your equipment, your available days and your injuries. Three days a week or six. It periodizes — build weeks, a deload, a test week — instead of repeating the same session until you quit. On the six-day split the second session for each muscle group is a heavy day: different exercises, and a strength lift at 4-6 reps on movements that take heavy load safely. • Every workout, set by set Four phases per session, in order — activation, the heavy compound, the pump work, the stretch — each with a target RPE, a suggested weight from your own history, and a rest timer that keeps counting when you switch apps. If a machine is taken, missing or hurts, swap in another lift for the same muscles, for today or from now on. • Badges for training harder Heavier than last time, one more set than the plan, the same work in less time. Each is measured against your own last session, never against anyone else. • Body composition estimates, with the sources Enter your height, weight, age and, if you like, a tape measurement at the waist and neck. With the tape, the app estimates body fat with the US Navy circumference method; without it, with a height, weight, age and sex equation. Lean mass and resting calories (BMR) follow from those. These are estimates from published formulas, not medical measurements, and changes between two of them are a rough guide only. The app tells you which method produced each one, and a "How we work these out" page names the sources and the limits. • Calorie and protein targets that match your goal Mifflin-St Jeor for your resting metabolism, your real activity level, then a deficit, a recomposition or a surplus that follows the goal you set. Protein is set against your goal weight so it protects muscle while you cut. Log a cardio session and the app shows what it burned without inflating what you can eat. • Coach D, an AI coach that knows your plan Ask why a lift stalled, how to train around a sore shoulder, what to eat before a session. It has your program and your history in front of it. • Log a meal four ways Scan a barcode, photograph the nutrition label, photograph the plate, or type it. Each log says whether it is exact or an estimate, and it lands on your day. WHO IT IS FOR People restarting. People who used to train and stopped. People carrying an old injury who are tired of programs that pretend they are 22. FREE AND PAID Free, with no time limit: your full training program, workout logging, progress tracking, streaks, one body scan and two coach questions. Standard, $12.99/month or $79.99/year (US prices; the store shows yours) after a 14-day free trial: Coach D without limits, meal plans and grocery lists scaled to your target, meal logging by barcode, label, photo or typing, and monthly body scans and reports. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings. NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE LetsBurnFit gives general fitness and nutrition guidance. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and body composition figures are estimates from formulas, not clinical measurements. Talk to a doctor before starting any program, particularly if you have an existing condition.
