Fernox vs Sentinel InstaCheck +

The Fernox App is a new platform that hosts a wide range of useful information and features. Initially, the new Fernox App will have all the same water testing capabilities that our thousands of users have been using for the past 6+ years on the Fernox Water Test Apps, with some key added benefits: - The design and user experience have been completely overhauled, with emphasis on simplicity and dynamic automation. - Users can invite their managers to view their water test submissions directly from within the mobile app or web portal. - Registering has been made more efficient by introducing a one-time passcode, instead of an email password link. - Security has been increased and now gives optional (recommended) settings such as FaceID/Biometric/Passcode login and app opening. - New integration of a global address finder, including company names, streamlines the input of property details. - Smart features such as selectable previously entered addresses, enabling automatic property re-testing recognition. We're excited to continue to introduce a variety of benefits in the coming months and years! We’ll announce all updates within the Fernox App, on the web portal (https://fernox.app), and our website (http://fernox.com/app/release-notes). [:mav: 2.1.4]

Used in conjunction with the InstaCheck water test kit - sold separately - the app guides users through best practice guidelines based on BS7593 standard; It generates a water quality report with tailored recommendations for ongoing system care, according to water test results. InstaCheck allows users to follow UK best practice at install and service visits, ensuring boiler and heat pump installations are protected against corrosion and scaling. Poor water quality and inadequate treatment can result in breakdowns, loss of heating efficiency and excessive fuel consumption; The tests and recommendations in InstaCheck reports are designed to help protect installations from these common problems.
