SkåneFlex is an app where you can order public transport on your terms. SkåneFlex buses have neither a timetable nor a fixed route—you decide where to get on and off, and when to travel. The service is available in the municipalities of Svalöv, Sjöbo, and Tomelilla in Skåne, and has set opening hours, which you can find on Skånetrafiken's website. With SkåneFlex, you can travel to both existing bus stops and selected local places. The app matches you with others heading in the same direction, so there may be stops along the way. You can purchase a ticket for SkåneFlex via the Skånetrafiken app, website, ticket machines, customer service centres, or agents. Your ticket must be valid for the nearest town, that is, Svalöv, Sjöbo, or Tomelilla. Prices and discounts are the same as for other public transport services in Skåne. If you have a senior, youth, or 30-day ticket from Skånetrafiken that is valid for the area, you can of course use it. To order your journey: • Enter the addresses you want to travel from and to, and specify if you are travelling with others. • Select the time for your journey. • The app will suggest the closest pick-up and drop-off points to the addresses you entered. • You will receive information in the app about when the bus is expected to pick you up and arrive at your destination. • Remember to have a valid ticket when you board.
