Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: NZB at 5.0 against Sable.'s 4.7. NZB also leads on iOS requirement (17.6 vs 26.0). Sable.'s advantage is ratings volume (30 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
