Sync with Computer vs App Blocker & Focus

Sync for Computer synchronizes your phone’s photo library, including the album and folder hierarchy, to a designated folder on your Computer using SSH/SFTP. For users who like to organize their photos into folders and albums, Sync will also - Sync any folders and albums you may have created in your phone’s photo library on your Computer. - Uploads the video component for Live Photos. - Uploads the edited versions of photos and videos. - Mirror or backup your photo library. - Synchronize your entire photo library or only certain folders and albums. In summary, each time you run Sync, it will make sure any changes to your phone’s photo library are updated on your Computer, overwriting, renaming, uploading, and deleting items on your Computer if needed. Sync will also NEVER delete any photos from your phone. Sync performs a ONE-WAY sync only, making your Computer match your phone’s photo library. Any changes made on your Computer will not be synced to your phone, rather, the changes on your Computer will simply be overwritten the next time you run a Sync. Reclaim your focus. Quell shields distracting apps in under a minute — and unlike every other blocker, your data never leaves your iPhone. No accounts. No tracking. No backend. Apple's Screen Time technology keeps even your app choices private. HOW IT BLOCKS • Always blocked — apps stay shielded while the rule is on • Daily limit — apps lock once you cross your minutes for the day • Schedule — block during the hours you choose, overnight windows included • Limit + schedule combined (Premium) — blocked the whole window AND once your all-day budget runs out • Weekday picker — block on school nights, free on weekends • Websites too — blocked categories also cover their web versions A BLOCK SCREEN THAT KEEPS YOU HONEST When you open a blocked app, a custom shield steps in with a motivational nudge — or your own message (Premium). Need a moment? Take a 15-minute break: one per day for free, three with Premium. Strict mode removes the break button entirely and locks the rule against editing while it's blocking. Commit and forget. BUILT-IN MOTIVATION • Focus streak — counts the days since you started focusing; it only grows • Milestone celebrations at 3, 7, 14, 30 days and beyond, up to a full year — share your streak in one tap • Achievements — 18 badges for streak and blocking milestones • Optional block-end reminder — one heads-up when a scheduled block ends and your apps unlock, and nothing else, ever • Home Screen and Lock Screen widget with live status • Usage stats (Premium) — total screen time and most-used apps • Custom themes (Premium) — five palettes, whole-app re-skin FREE FOREVER One real rule, free forever — no countdown, no card. Want more? Try Premium free for 7 days: unlimited rules, combined limits + schedules, strict mode, three daily breaks, your own shield message, stats and themes. Cancel anytime. PRIVATE BY ARCHITECTURE There is no server. Nothing to leak, nothing to sell. Apple's FamilyControls framework means we can't even see which apps you picked. Optional iCloud backup keeps your streak and rules safe in your own private iCloud — still no account, ever. Requires iOS 26.4 or later and Screen Time permission (handled entirely on-device by Apple).
