Dose Alert

A medication reminder that does one job properly: it tells you when to take something, and it remembers that you did. SET IT UP ONCE Add a medication, choose the times of day and the weekdays it applies to, and you are done. There is no account, no sign-in and no server. Nothing you enter leaves the device. REMINDERS THAT ARRIVE A notification at every time you set, on the days you set. Mark a dose taken and it moves into the record. Miss one and it is still there, not quietly deleted. SEE THE WHOLE WEEK The calendar shows what is due and what has been taken, day by day. The list view shows every medication you track in one place. FREE AND PRO The free app is a complete reminder. Up to three medications, unlimited times a day, any weekday, and every notification delivered. Reminders are never behind a purchase. Dose Alert Pro is one payment, not a subscription. It removes the three medication limit and adds a shareable schedule summary you can hand to a doctor, a pharmacist or a carer. Medications you already track stay yours. NOT MEDICAL ADVICE Dose Alert is a reminder and a record. It holds no drug database, checks no interactions and gives no dosing advice. You enter what you were prescribed, exactly as you were prescribed it.

About

Rex

Features

Know what you took, and when. Rex is a dead-simple medication tracker. No account. No personal data collected. No cost. Open it, add your meds, and it reminds you when to take the next dose. That's the whole idea. Nothing else to figure out. WHY THIS APP EXISTS This app came out of a short hospital stay and an appendectomy. Post-op, what was missing was something dead simple to track medications - what was taken, and when. Phone timers and scribbled notes weren't cutting it, so this got built instead. It's free. Hospitals and healthcare are expensive enough already. Rex, as in Rx. Also as in the way you walk around after abdominal surgery - arms tucked, no reaching, tiny shuffling steps. WHAT IT DOES • No account required - nothing to sign up for, nothing to remember • No personal data collected - your logs live on your device, and nothing else is gathered except anonymous crash reports • Completely free - no subscriptions, no ads, no upsells • Add as many medications as you need, each with its own interval • Reminders when a dose is due, so you don't have to keep checking • Live countdowns on your Lock Screen, so you can check without unlocking • Home Screen widget with live timers at a glance • Log a dose in one tap to reset the interval • History of everything you've taken, with dosages • Export your history to CSV whenever you want BUILT FOR THE FOGGY DAYS Recovery is not the time to fight with an app. Rex is designed for one-handed use, half-awake at 3am, when you genuinely cannot remember if you took that last dose. Glance at your Lock Screen. Get your answer. Go back to sleep. Or let it ring like an alarm when it's time. YOUR DATA IS YOURS There's no account and no server. Your medications, your doses, your history, your reminders - all of it stays on your device. Nothing about your medications ever leaves your phone. The only thing ever sent anywhere is an anonymous crash report if the app falls over, which exists solely so it can be fixed. No profiles, no ads, no analytics, no selling anything to anyone. If you want your history somewhere else - for your own records, or to bring to a doctor's appointment - export it to CSV in a couple of taps. Rex is a personal tracking tool, not medical advice. Always follow the dosing instructions from your doctor or pharmacist. If it helps, a rating goes a long way. Feedback and use stories are always welcome.
