Congratulations. You have downloaded a productivity app. This is either a great decision, or you're procrastinating right now by downloading a productivity app instead of doing the thing you're supposed to do. Either way, welcome. THE MATRIX Not the movie. No red pill, no blue pill. Just four boxes that force you to answer one deeply uncomfortable question: Is this actually important, or do I just FEEL like it's urgent? - Do Now: Yes, this. Right now. Stop reading. - Schedule: Important but not today. Future You will handle it. (Future You is not happy about this.) - Delegate: Someone else's problem. Excellent. - Eliminate: You were never going to do this anyway. Be honest. ACCOUNTABILITY FRIENDS Add your friends. Watch their progress bar in real time. When they're killing it, send a cheer. When they haven't moved in three days, send a nudge. When they nudge you back, feel a complicated mix of gratitude and shame. Get things done. CHECKLIST For people who need to write "shower" on a list before they'll do it. No judgement. We have a Pomodoro timer too. CALENDAR Your deadlines, visualised. In colour. So you can see exactly how bad things are. The month view shows dots in your tag colours on each day. If you see a lot of red dots, that's on you. DEADLINE TRACKER A countdown to your impending doom, but make it aesthetic. TAG COLORS Blue = Work. Red = Urgent. Green = Personal. Yellow = I'll figure out what this is later. The app remembers your labels. It's more organised than you are. WIDGETS Put your next deadline on your home screen. So every time you open your phone to scroll social media, you see it. Staring at you. Waiting. Focus Matrix. Because adulting is hard, but at least it can be colour-coded.
