Ora et Labora
Read full descriptionHide full description
Ora is an offline Roman Catholic prayer companion centered on the traditional 1962 Roman calendar. Each day brings together the principal liturgical observance, a Saint of the Day with a short biography, the traditional Mass in Latin and English, and all eight hours of the Divine Office. Mass sections place Latin above the English translation for clear reading. Tap an individual Latin word for an offline dictionary and morphology explanation. Ora also identifies Ember Days, explains their traditional purpose and observance, and can provide advance and same-day reminders. Optional Apple Calendar sync adds one Saint of the Day entry with a short biography for each date. The core calendar, Mass, Office, saint, and Latin dictionary content is bundled with the app, so prayer does not depend on a network connection. Ora uses source-resolved traditional texts derived from the open-source Divinum Officium project. Ora is an independent app and not an official publication; consult your parish or diocese for jurisdiction-specific obligations.

Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Ora et Labora at none against Siengtho's shown. Ora et Labora also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs every 3 weeks). Siengtho's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
