Better Beast is a complete training + nutrition tracker that adapts to how recovered you actually are. EVERYTHING YOU NEED, NOTHING YOU DON'T - Generate a full week of workouts based on your goal, equipment, and the days you'll train - Log every set with pre-filled rep targets from your plan — three taps to a logged set - Track food by natural units (oz of chicken, cups of rice, pieces of fruit) — not abstract "servings" - See your real daily calorie deficit or surplus, not a guess - Vitamins + minerals tracked against FDA Daily Values so you know what your diet is missing RECOVERY-AWARE PROGRAMMING Connect your Oura ring (or Whoop) and Better Beast adjusts workout intensity based on your readiness score. Low recovery day? The plan trims volume. High recovery day? It bumps the load. SOCIAL — IF YOU WANT IT Add friends by username, share your workouts (with or without weights), copy theirs to your own log. Or don't — every social feature is opt-in. BUILT FOR LIFTERS - Push/Pull/Legs, Upper/Lower, Full Body, and PPL+UL splits - 870+ exercises with video demos - Variable rep schemes (pyramid sets, drop sets, AMRAP, supersets) - Per-exercise PR tracking with estimated 1RM - Swap any exercise for a similar one matched to your equipment - Pre-workout muscle-specific warmups for every session NUTRITION THAT MAKES SENSE - Auto-calculated macro targets based on your goal (cut, recomp, maintain, bulk) - 870,000+ foods via USDA + barcode scanning - Save your own recipes — log a whole meal with one tap - Pre and post-workout meal advice based on when you train - Day-by-day history so you can see if yesterday was actually a deficit PRIVACY-FIRST - No ads, ever - No third-party trackers - No selling your data — we have nothing to sell, no investors to please - Delete your account in one tap from Settings Built and operated by Alex Taliaferro as a personal independent project. Not a company. Just an app I wanted to exist. QUESTIONS / FEEDBACK Email: alexandertaliaferro1@gmail.com — I read everything.
