Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: TurningAI at 5.0 against AllNotes's 4.1. TurningAI also leads on ads (none vs shown). AllNotes's advantage is ratings volume (18 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. AllNotes sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and TurningAI sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
TurningAI holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AllNotes has 18 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.
AllNotes ships an update every 3 weeks, TurningAI every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
