Pacebase is an all-in-one toolkit for managing your energy-limiting chronic condition, like POTS and ME/CFS. We turn your Apple Watch into a powerful tool for measuring and understanding your body, and its limits. Our Body Score uses several of your bodies biomarkers to give you a simple, accurate measure of how your body recovered from the day before, through a straightforward 50-100-point scale. Our Body Budget suggests the amount of time you can expect to safely go above your anaerobic threshold for the day to minimize crashing. It also comes with an helpful Apple Watch widget, which updates continuously throughout the day. A subscription is required to use Pacebase, but we offer a 14-day risk-free trial period within the app. No commitment is required. About

ME Ally

Features

ME Ally is a private symptom and pacing journal for ME/CFS and Long COVID. Log daily health, activity, symptoms, crashes, and notes, then review trends and logged crash patterns based on your own history. No account, no ads, no third-party analytics, and no wearable or HealthKit setup required. The Problem ME/CFS and Long COVID can make activity planning difficult. Symptoms may change from day to day, and crashes or post-exertional malaise (PEM) can be hard to understand without a clear record of what happened before and after. The Solution ME Ally turns your daily logs into individualized insights. It estimates your personal energy envelope - activity ranges associated with your logged crash history - and highlights trends, symptom changes, and potential patterns that may be useful for your own review or conversations with your clinician. How It Works • Track: Log overall health and activity on a 0-10 scale. Record symptoms and add notes when helpful. • Review: See trends, week-over-week changes, logged crash patterns, and symptom correlations. Results show confidence levels based on your data. • Reflect: Use your own history to better understand activity, symptoms, and crashes over time. Core Features • 7-day dashboard with rolling averages and trends. • Pacing insights based on logged patterns. • Energy envelope estimates based on your history. • Logged crash pattern analysis, including pre-crash activity patterns and weekly stats. • Symptom correlations before logged crashes. • Week-over-week symptom changes. • Works offline; optional iCloud sync is off by default and can be enabled during setup or in Settings. • Optional daily reminders. • Face ID/Touch ID lock for security. Premium Upgrade - $4.99 one-time purchase, no subscription • Extended timeframes for Trends: 90 days, 1 year, and all time. • Data export/import: JSON backup and restore. • PDF health reports for clinicians with summaries, charts, and trends. Designed with ME/CFS in mind • Low cognitive load, quick entry, and clear visuals. • Confidence levels when data is limited. • Manual tracking only - no wearable or HealthKit setup required. • Offline-first, with optional sync through your personal iCloud when you choose to enable it. Privacy First Your data belongs to you. ME Ally stores app health data locally by default. If you choose to enable iCloud Sync, app data syncs through your own iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit service. We do not receive your health data, and we do not sell or share it. No account, no ads, no third-party app analytics, no tracking, and no HealthKit or wearable setup required. Who It’s For People living with ME/CFS, Long COVID, POTS, or other conditions where overexertion may be associated with symptom flare-ups or PEM. ME Ally helps you track what happens and review your patterns over time. Important Note ME Ally provides personal tracking and analysis only. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or improve any disease or medical condition. Consult a qualified clinician for care decisions.
