Scroll through your history, choose a time range, and tap a recorded point or meal to inspect it. Previous History shows up to five recent occasions of the same food, with available glucose readings and recorded bolus insulin in the two hours after each meal. Start using the app immediately. For recovery after reinstalling or changing phones, optionally verify your email in Settings, then use that email to restore your meal history. Apple Health access is controlled by your permissions. Online services process and store information needed for logging, account recovery and nutrition estimates.
