TaskTracker

TaskTracker is a to-do list for people who have several things on the go at once. Break a big thing into steps, and those steps into smaller ones — nesting has no limit. Ticking a parent ticks off everything under it, so finished work tidies itself away. WHAT IT DOES • Tasks inside tasks — as deep as you like, from a project down to a single phone call. • Deadlines and reminders — set a date and time on a card or on one item. The server sends the reminder, so it reaches your phone even for something you typed on a computer. • Works with no signal — the whole list lives on your phone. Edits save instantly and merge themselves once you are back online. Nothing gets overwritten. • The same everywhere — phone and browser show the same thing. Change one and the other has it. • Attachments on cards — a receipt, a photo, a contract, kept with the task it belongs to. • WIP — mark a task that's under way or waiting on someone else as WIP. The card shows at a glance how many of those you have. • Dictation — tap the microphone and say the task instead of typing it. • An archive, not a bin — finished items stay struck through until the end of the day, then move to the archive with the date you finished them. You can always bring them back. • Light and dark, following your system. • Czech and English. YOUR ACCOUNT An e-mail address and a password is all it takes. No name, no phone number, no payment details. You can delete your account from inside the app and the data leaves the server immediately. PRIVACY No adverts, no analytics, no tracking. We do not sell your tasks and we do not read them. The app runs on our own server in the Czech Republic and the data is backed up daily. FREE The app is free, with no adverts and no in-app purchases.
