SecondsSprint makes it possible to determine the exact distance an athlete sprints given a fixed number of seconds. Sprint sessions where this app will be very useful: - 23” (men) or 27” (women) sprints, made popular by Chris Korfist and Tony Holler. - The Kosmin test, used to predict 800m and 1500m times. - Any other sprint or run with a fixed duration. HOW IT WORKS - Place cones at regular distances (e.g. 1 yard or 1 meter) in the zone where the athlete will finish. - Choose the number of seconds the athlete will sprint. 23 and 27 seconds are available by default, but any number of seconds can be entered. - Tap the big red START button as soon as the athlete starts to sprint. - Follow the athlete during the sprint and the video will freeze when time is up. - The frozen video will make it easy to determine the sprinted distance.

Measure sprint split times from video you shoot on your phone. No more stopwatch reaction-time errors - step through the footage frame by frame and confirm every time with your own eyes. - Frame-by-frame timing you can trust Step through the video one frame at a time and mark the exact start and finish moments. Set the recording frame rate (30/60/120/240fps) and get times down to 1/240 of a second per frame. - Two measurement modes Photo Finish (finish times): mark the start, then record each runner's torso crossing the line. Multiple runners are ranked automatically. Split Timing (laps/splits): add marks at each checkpoint to get split and cumulative times. Enter distance and step count to see cadence (steps/s), stride length (m/step), and section speed (m/s). - Record right in the app Shoot with the built-in camera and go straight to measurement. 60fps and 120fps recording is available on supported devices. - Stopwatch for hand timing A stopwatch with large, easy-to-press buttons for the track. Record laps and save sessions with titles on your device. - CSV export Export results as CSV via the share sheet to Files, email, and more. Opens directly in spreadsheet apps. - No login, data stays on your device No account needed. Videos and results are processed and stored only on your device and never sent to external servers. Note: events that happen between two frames cannot be distinguished. Record at a higher frame rate for finer detail. - Pro features (one-time purchase) An in-app purchase unlocks tools that make measuring faster and more precise: * Auto start-signal detection: finds the flash, smoke, or arm-drop frame automatically * Auto crossing detection: finds finish frames automatically * Auto Zoom: register start and finish zoom levels and the zoom changes smoothly while recording * Tracking Zoom: tap a runner to keep them the same size on screen * Contact and flight time: per-step timing in milliseconds * Athlete roster and heat sheets: name suggestions and lane-number auto-fill * Report export: share results as a single image * Speed Curve: graphs speed by section All basic measurement features remain free.
