Train. Track. Connect. Fluyd is a training app for Brazilian jiu jitsu. Log what you work on, follow fellow grapplers, and track your progress in one place. Train - Capture What You’re Working On Log sessions the way you actually think about training. Record positions, techniques, proficiency and notes. Capture what worked, what didn’t, and what to focus on next. No pressure. Just reflection. Track - See It Over Time Progress in jiu jitsu isn’t always obvious day to day. Fluyd helps you spot patterns across weeks and months by focusing on the techniques and positions you’re developing. Understand strengths, notice blind spots, and build ownership of your training history. Connect - Shared Progress Follow fellow grapplers in a shared training feed and stay connected to the wider jiu jitsu community. See who’s been training, encourage progress, and stay motivated wherever you train. Training is better when shared. Fluyd AI - Insight From Your Training Fluyd AI uses your logged sessions, techniques and notes to help you reflect on your training. Ask: What have I been focusing on recently? Where is my proficiency improving? What should I work on next? You can also ask general technique questions and receive practical guidance informed by trusted sources. Insight, not instruction. WHOOP Sync - See Your Effort Import heart rate and calorie data from WHOOP directly into your sessions. Add objective effort to your training and see how intensity varies across different days. You’re already training. Fluyd helps you keep track of it. Privacy Policy: https://www.fluydsport.com/privacy Terms of Use: https://www.fluydsport.com/terms
