Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Parsnet at none against Truth+'s shown. Parsnet also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months) and review sentiment (100% vs 71%). Truth+'s advantage is ratings volume (462 vs 20) and rating (4.7 vs 4.5). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Truth+ holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Truth+ has 462 ratings behind it against 20, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 71% of Truth+'s written reviews are positive against 100% of Parsnet's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Truth+ ships an update every 2 months, Parsnet weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and September 23, 2026 respectively.
