Genug
Read full descriptionHide full description
Genug is a habit tracker for iPhone. You set up your own habits in seven areas of everyday life: sleep, movement, food, stillness, self-care, hobby and connection. Every habit has its rhythm: daily, a number of days a week, or on fixed weekdays. Today shows what is due today and, below it, what is still open this week. There are no streaks and no points. A day you skip stays empty. Nothing is reset. Three views β’ Today: the day and the current week. One circle per habit. β’ Week: Monday to Sunday, one row per area. β’ Progress: what has added up over time, by area and by habit. Your habits β’ Suggestions in every area, or you write your own. β’ Daily, a few days a week or on fixed weekdays. β’ A reminder per habit if you want one, at its own time. β’ You can change and remove them at any time. What you checked stays. Apple Health If you allow it, Genug reads from Apple Health what your habits need: steps, distance, flights climbed, activity rings, workouts, sleep and mindful minutes. When a habit's goal is reached, Genug checks it. Every sport Apple Health knows can be added as a habit. Genug writes nothing to Apple Health, and everything works without it. Your data stays with you Your habits and checks are stored on your device. If you use iCloud, they sync privately between your devices. Values from Apple Health are not stored and not put into iCloud. There are no servers of ours, no account and no tracking. Free, no subscription, no ads and no in-app purchases.
