Are you LivinIt? Is this you..a believer, saved by Christ, but struggling with temptations or with continued growth. This app will help you keep yourself accountable to daily living for Christ. You can track your streaks, and build up crowns and badges. You will be motivated and reminded daily to avoid sin, break addictions, and live out your faith. (Not affiliated with a particular denomination. Based on the infallibility and authority of the Bible as God's Word.) All the functionality is FREE. (The only thing that costs is a themes package which is optional but doesn't add any functionality - it just lets you personalize the look of the app, and helps to pay for licensing fees for including the NKJV Bible). Besides helping you stay accountable, break addictions, and live for Christ, this app also includes the following: * Searchable Bible that also lets you track your reading, your memorization, your favorites, and make notes * Searchable Prayer Journal that lets you personally record your prayers in a book and search them, pray them, and mark them answered. * Social component to request other Believers to pray for someone or for yourself. * Free streaming Christian Radio stations. (Note: Only Bible versions in the app currently are the NKJV, KJV, and ASV. Those are the only ones we have permissions or licenses for at the moment. God has given us the church, the body of believers, to help us stay on track, but God also calls us to self-control or self-discipline. For example, the Bible tells us that... "God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control. "(2 Tim 1:7 – ESV) Also, "Whoever has no rule over his own spirit Is like a city broken down, without walls." (Proverbs 25:28 - NKJV) That is where this app tries to help. You can track your daily biblical behaviors and actions to help keep yourself accountable to living the Christian life. On your profile, the ‘problem areas’ that you pick will show up on one of your checklists so you can track avoiding them. The ‘gifts’ you list in your profile will show up on one of your checklists so you can track that you are using your gifts for Christ. By tracking your streaks (days in a row you have checked something off), you will be able to challenge yourself more easily and build up discipline in following Christ. May God bless your journey!
