StutterAI is built on the choral effect — a phenomenon that occurs when people who stutter speak or sing in unison with others, which can dramatically reduce or eliminate stuttering. It's (almost) universally true that people don't stutter when they sing — songs are built on melody and rhythm, with specific moments that tell people when to pause for a new breath. When you sing along to a song, you're joining in on another voice, and the choral element alleviates performance pressure. Now imagine bringing that same freedom to speaking. Whether you’re presenting a slide deck to your colleagues at work, delivering a formal speech at a conference, making a toast at your sister’s wedding, or simply reading a book to your child, you can speak along to StutterAI to help you stay fluent while doing it. How it works: 1. Prop your smartphone against your computer as a teleprompter or hold it in your hand. 2. Connect your wired or Bluetooth headphones, set your preferred playback speed, and select an AI-generated voice. 3. Speak along to the words as they play in your ears, just like singing along to a song. 4. Adjust playback speed to navigate more complex topics and pause as needed for spontaneous interruptions.
