Most apps tell you you're doing great. INTENT doesn't. INTENT is an AI philosopher trained in Adlerian psychology that examines why you keep not doing the thing you claim to want. Through sharp Socratic dialogue, it exposes the hidden purpose behind your patterns — not to comfort you, but to show you what is actually happening. The question it keeps returning to: What does staying stuck give you? Built on the principles of Alfred Adler and inspired by The Courage to Be Disliked, INTENT is for people who are tired of spinning their wheels and ready for an honest confrontation with themselves. You can start for free. The first five messages give you a real sense of how INTENT challenges your thinking and surfaces what you’ve been avoiding. For unlimited conversation, the Pro version unlocks endless dialogue, letting you fully explore your patterns, question your excuses, and follow your honest thoughts wherever they lead. What INTENT does: — Engages you in daily Socratic dialogue with an AI philosopher — Surfaces hidden patterns in your thinking and behaviour — Introduces Adlerian concepts at exactly the right moment — Tracks commitments you make to yourself — Holds you accountable when you return What INTENT does not do: — Validate your excuses — Tell you what you want to hear — Replace professional mental health support INTENT is not therapy. It is not a coach. It does not offer streaks, badges, or five-step plans. It asks the harder question — and waits for your honest answer.
