Breathe is a simple guided breathing timer. Pick 1 to 5 minutes, choose an ambience — ocean waves, a purring cat, rain on the window, a forest, or a fireplace — and follow the calm rhythm: inhale, hold, exhale, hold. The circle grows and shrinks with your breath and the ambience gently rises and falls with each phase, so you can follow it with your eyes or your ears. • Five ambiences with seamless soundscapes • Universal 4-1-6-1, box breathing, 4-7-8, coherent 5-5, or your own rhythm • Pause, resume, or finish early at any time • History, statistics and day streaks — stored only on your device • Up to three daily reminders (local notifications) • Works offline, no account, no ads, no tracking • VoiceOver, Dynamic Type and Reduce Motion supported • Also on Mac: quick start from the menu bar Breathe is not a medical device and does not replace professional advice. The four In-App Purchases are voluntary consumable tips. They are available in every storefront and on every device configuration; nothing is gated by region, account, or device. 1.
