Rubik's Solver
Read full descriptionHide full description
Solve six twisty puzzles entirely on your device. Paint the stickers of a scrambled colour puzzle on a 3D model or flat net, tap Solve, and follow the animated moves. For Rubik’s Snake, edit the joints and follow folds to a target shape. • Pocket Cube (2×2×2) — a provably shortest solution, at most 11 moves • Pyraminx — a shortest main-layer solution, at most 11 layer twists plus separate tip turns • Skewb — a provably shortest solution, at most 11 corner twists • Pyramorphix — a provably shortest solution, at most 9 twists • Rubik’s Cube (3×3×3) — a short two-phase solution, not guaranteed shortest • Rubik’s Snake — edit joints, select a target shape, share fold codes and follow animated folding steps How it works 1. Choose your puzzle. 2. Drag to rotate the 3D model and tap each sticker to copy your physical puzzle, or switch to the flat net. 3. Tap Solve. The app checks the colouring and explains invalid positions. 4. Follow the animation with Play, or use Back and Next to practise one move at a time. Use “Scramble for me” to try a valid practice position. The smaller colour puzzles have exhaustive tests behind their shortest-solution claims. The 3×3 uses a different algorithm, and its result is clearly labelled. Rubik’s Snake has its own joint editor and target-shape controls. Its search checks the discrete resting folds for overlapping wedges; it does not prove that a physical toy can sweep through every intermediate angle. Turn gently and never force a joint. Solving works offline. No account or sign-up is required. The app is free and includes advertisements when the consent settings permit them; an internet connection is needed to load ads.
