SBS Dictate Lite vs BoardPro

SBS Dictate Lite - the core features of the SBS Dictate Pro app.  Allows you to use your iOS smartphone or tablet to create dictations effortlessly, send them instantaneously for transcription and review completed documents on your smartphone, all while on the move. The Lite edition lacks the ability to attach a photo or a map to a dictation. __________________ Important: Downloading SBS Dictate Lite is free of charge. Once downloaded, the application can record and store dictation jobs; however in order to progress further to send, transcribe and create documents, the user needs to have a Winscribe server licence. Please contact SBS Support for further information. __________________ Part of the Winscribe mobility suite, SBS Dictate Lite offers an easy to use, sleek dictation application for iOS touchscreen devices. It streamlines and simplifies the dictation process and speeds up work turnaround with full recording capabilities, secure voice and data transmission, speech recognition integration and online/offline functionality. Transmission of dictation files occurs via HTTPS protocol to ensure the highest levels of client confidentiality. Enhanced visibility and control gives users the ability to view where jobs are at in the transcription process, and modify workflows accordingly.

Everything a board member needs before and between meetings.

BoardPro puts your whole board pack in your pocket. Read it, annotate it, and walk into the meeting prepared - at your desk, on a plane, or in the car park five minutes beforehand.

 BOARD PACKS
 - Open the current pack for any board or committee you sit on
 - Annotate as you read - your annotations are private to you
 - When a pack is republished, your annotations carry across to the new version
 - Compare versions to see exactly what changed

 WORK OFFLINE
 - Choose which packs you want available offline and read them with no connection
 - New versions of those packs download automatically
 - Annotations you make offline sync as soon as you are back online

 YOUR ACTIONS
 - Every action assigned to you, across every board
 - Filter by status, update progress, and add notes as work moves

 SIGN IN SECURELY
 - The same credentials and multi-factor authentication you use on the web
 - Switch between organisations if you sit on more than one board

 ASK ANYTHING
Walk into every meeting as the expert. Ask about a paper, a past decision or who attended, and the AI Assistant answers from your own board documents.
 - Summarise a 300-page pack before you read a word of it
 - Find what was decided and when, without opening every pack
 - Answers are grounded in your organisation's documents, not the open internet
 - Requires an internet connection

The BoardPro app requires an existing BoardPro account through your organisation.

Agendas, publishing packs, signing documents and voting are done in BoardPro on the web.
