Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Catequizem at 100% against ConfesGuide's 50%. Catequizem also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.4). ConfesGuide's advantage is update cadence (every 3 months vs every 10 months) and ratings volume (11 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
