Verdict
The clearest difference is price: Units at Free against Pros n Cons's $1.99. Units also leads on rating (4.9 vs 4.1) and update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 4 months). Pros n Cons's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 3) and review sentiment (65% vs 45%). On ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Units is free to download; Pros n Cons costs $1.99 up front. Units sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Pros n Cons asks for nothing beyond the download.
Units holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Units has 262 ratings behind it against 36, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 65% of Pros n Cons's written reviews are positive against 45% of Units's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Pros n Cons ships an update every 4 months, Units every 5 weeks. Both last shipped on October 23, 2026.
