Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: CDBFlite at 4.5 against SQLBuddy's 3.0. CDBFlite also leads on ratings volume (14 vs 1). SQLBuddy's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 3) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 4 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.
