Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Daystar at 4.7 against Right Wing Uncut's 4.4. Daystar also leads on ratings volume (613 vs 47) and device support (4 vs 2). Right Wing Uncut's advantage is monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and iOS requirement (10.3 vs 15.1). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Daystar holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Daystar has 613 ratings behind it against 47, so its average is the more settled of the two.
