WHAT THE REPORT MEASURES Pose detection tracks 33 body landmarks through every frame, then grades the mechanics against bands calibrated on elite swings: • Setup — stance width, knee flex, balance • Load — back-knee stability • Stride — timing versus launch, forward move to the pitcher • Contact — trunk lean, back elbow, front-leg brace, lead-shoulder rotation, swing plane • Follow-through — hand speed through the zone Hip-shoulder separation is measured and shown on every report, but not graded: a side-on camera can't read it reliably enough to score. Every issue is ranked high, medium, or low severity, so you know what to work on first — and every one comes back with the specific drill for it. We measure the body, not the bat.
