Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is rating: Sequences at 5.0 against Autism iHelp's 3.4. Sequences also leads on update cadence (every 3 months vs every 26 months). Autism iHelp's advantage is review sentiment (27% vs 0%) and ratings volume (18 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

ReceptionRating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings

Sequences holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Autism iHelp has 18 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 27% of Autism iHelp's written reviews are positive against 0% of Sequences's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UpkeepUpdate frequency

Autism iHelp ships an update every 26 months, Sequences every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
