Lasche Institute

The Lasche Institute, in your pocket. This app is the native home of the institute's body of work for enrolled fellows — the Codex, the fellowship community, the current programs, and everything Varian Lasche continues to produce. The institute is a school of inner work built on a worldview that conflicts with most of what is on offer in mainstream personal development, mainstream psychology, and mainstream spirituality. Not for the sake of contrarianism — because the layer where the actual leverage lives is not the layer most of those frameworks are working at. Reality Mechanics — how consciousness generates the physical events that arrive in your life, and the aspect of you that organizes probability into experience. Psychosomatics & Energy — how the body holds and broadcasts the energetic climate of your inner life, and how to read it as signal instead of symptom. Behavioral Programming — how beliefs stabilize into identities, how identities generate automatic behavior, and the one layer at which the loop can actually be interrupted. Relational Dynamics — how the patterns in your closest relationships are produced by the three layers underneath them, and what becomes available when you can see all four at once. What the app makes easier: The material carried with you. The full library on your phone, designed to be absorbed during the ordinary textures of a life. Background playback. Lectures continue while the screen is off, while you switch apps, while you take a call. Lock screen and Control Center support for play, pause, skip, and scrubbing. Counterfeit Desire, the institute's audiobook, with chapter navigation and a player that remembers your place down to the second — across sessions, across devices, across weeks. The institute's private community, where students are working with the material in real time. Discussion spaces and direct messaging, both available natively from the app's bottom navigation. Continue where you left off. The hub remembers what you were last listening to and surfaces it on open. Push notifications, configured. Community replies, new lessons when they unlock, institute announcements, live class reminders. Each category is a separate toggle. Nothing is on you didn't ask for. Optional biometric unlock. Turn on Face ID or Touch ID from your account settings if you want the app to confirm it's you before opening. Access requires an active fellowship or an audiobook purchase made at lasche.io.
