Nutrition tracking, simplified. Senja helps you understand what you're eating without the usual hassle. No barcode scanning, no endless database searching, no calculating everything down to the gram. How it works: Just type what you ate—"eggs and toast," "chicken salad," "protein smoothie"—and AI estimates the nutrients for you. Check it looks about right, add it to your log, and move on with your day. Track what matters to you: Pick the nutrients you actually care about—maybe it's protein and water to start, or fiber and vegetables. Set your own goals and track what feels relevant to your life. See how you're doing: Your home screen shows simple progress bars that fill up as you log throughout the day. Check your weekly and monthly averages to see patterns emerge. One imperfect day doesn't matter—it's about noticing trends over time. Built for real people: This app is for anyone who wants to eat better and feel better, without turning nutrition into a second job. It's about building awareness and sustainable habits, not obsessing over numbers. What's included: - AI-powered logging (just describe your meal) - Customizable daily goals - Track macros, micros, water, and servings - Progress bars that update as you log - Weekly and monthly averages - Progress graphs for each nutrient - Meal history to spot what works for you - Clean, simple interface Made for: - People who want to fuel their workouts properly - Anyone building healthier habits at their own pace - Those who find traditional tracking apps overwhelming - People focused on progress, not perfection Think of it as a helpful friend who keeps track so you don't have to stress about it.
