The app is designed to make invisible mental processes visible, so development is based not only on intuition, but on structured insight and continuous progress. With MindX 360, athletes can reflect on key moments in training and competition, track mindset development over time, and receive personalized guidance for focus, resilience, confidence, and emotional regulation. The system supports deep mental assessment, goal setting, continuous feedback, AI-supported recommendations, and coach insight into mindset evolution. It can also connect self-reflection with selected performance and readiness indicators such as HRV, nervous system state.
