About

DuDa

DuDa is a diary for hives (urticaria). Write down your symptoms and daily notes by date, then look back at them whenever you need. β–  Symptom log Record your hives and itch scores, how intense the itch felt, where symptoms appeared, and any swelling. For other areas, you can type the name yourself. β–  Treatment & medication log Choose oral medicine, injections or other treatments, and see what you logged on each date. Short guides and example product names help you find what to log. β–  Photos and notes Keep photos and notes for each day to remember how things looked. Zoom in on photos, and see dates and log markers right in the photo list. β–  Calendar and list Look back with the calendar, graph and list, and keep track of your clinic visits. Days you didn't log look different from days you logged a 0. β–  "For your doctor" tab Before an appointment, pick a period such as the last week, 2 weeks or month, or everything since your last visit. See your score changes, treatments, photos and notes for that period on one screen. It helps you sum up how you've been when you see your doctor. β–  Food log Briefly note what you ate each day, with the meal and where you ate. In the "By food" view of the For your doctor tab, you can see the days you ate each food next to that day's and the next day's scores. DuDa only shows what you logged side by side and doesn't score your food. Bring it to your appointments as a reference. β–  Medical notice DuDa records and shows the information you enter. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose any condition or recommend treatment, and it does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. For decisions about your symptoms, health, medication or treatment, talk to a doctor or another qualified health professional. Product names shown in the app are examples to help you log, not recommendations to take or use any product.

About

Allergy Diary

Allergy Diary is a fast, private food tracker and symptom log that helps you observe how your diet may relate to how you feel. If you are dealing with suspected food allergies, food intolerances, skin rashes, hives, eczema, or gut issues like bloating, this app is built for you. It removes the friction of journaling so you can build a reliable history without relying on memory. HOW IT WORKS 1. Log Meal: record the time, food, allergens, and where you ate. 2. Log Symptom: record symptom type, severity from 1 to 5, duration, and link recent meals. 3. Track Patterns: see how often specific foods and symptoms were logged together. KEY FEATURES - Super fast logging: tap-friendly chips and toggles. Log a meal or reaction in under 10 seconds. - Quick add, favorites, and food-name autocomplete so you do not retype meals. - Allergen library: milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, fish, shellfish, sesame, plus your own. - Symptom tracking: skin reactions, digestive and gut issues, headaches, and respiratory symptoms, or custom tags. - Linked events: link a symptom to a specific meal to measure how often they co-occur. - Patterns by month: allergen and symptom combinations, a symptom trend over time, and your most-eaten foods. - Timeline and calendar views of your records, day by day. - Works fully offline. Your records stay on your device. WHO IS IT FOR? - People on elimination diets or food reintroduction routines (FODMAP, gluten-free, dairy-free). - Parents observing food sensitivities, eczema, or digestive issues in babies and children. - Anyone trying to observe possible triggers for chronic hives, bloating, rashes, or gut discomfort. DISCLAIMER This app is a personal tracking and observation tool. It shows how often events were logged together (frequency); it does not determine causes or provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional for any medical concerns.
