To unify our customer experience, we built the ALSAYER App — a one-stop digital platform for Toyota and Lexus owners in Kuwait. Instead of separate websites and disconnected services, the app lets users browse vehicles, book service, manage insurance, request accessories, and access their Hayyak loyalty benefits — all under one login, secured by PACI authentication and powered by SAP. It’s our digital dealership in every customer’s pocket.
