A LIVE AGENT WHEN YOU WANT ONE From the SOS screen you can escalate to a professional dispatch agent who can send police or EMS. Your medical profile, allergies and blood type go with the alarm. THE DURESS PIN Set a second PIN. Entering it looks exactly like cancelling: your screen returns to normal. It does not cancel anything. The alarm stays live, your location keeps going out, and dispatch is told not to call or text you back. IT KEEPS WORKING WHEN YOUR PHONE IS NOT IN YOUR HAND Once an SOS is live, location keeps flowing while the app is backgrounded, locked or even killed. EVIDENCE Capture photo and video during an incident. It saves to your device and uploads to your account, and it retries later if you are offline.
